Job Summary A Retail Wireless Sales Specialist works directly with customers, listening to their needs and ensuring we provide product‑based solutions. Your goal is to deliver a world‑class experience, leaving customers with a smile and a working phone.
Compensation:
$18.50–$19.25/hour plus uncapped commission.
Schedule:
30–39 hours per week, average 35 hours.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador
– Create a welcoming store environment and reflect the company’s core value: happy employees make happy customers.
Relationship Builder
– Build relationships with guests, team members, and leadership; listen actively and provide solutions.
Product & Services Enthusiast
– Translate technology into conversations; attend training and stay updated on products and services.
Account Management
– Manage guest appointments, investigate account issues, determine best plans and offers, and document interactions.
What You Need to Win
Education & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
At least 6 months of retail customer service; wireless industry experience a plus.
Operating POS and accurate transactions.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Schedule & Attendance
Flexibility to work weekends.
Store hours 9:00 am–6:00 pm; most days 6–7 days per week.
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, walk, stand, and move items for 6–8 hours.
Assist customers and maneuver merchandise.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
