Responsibilities

Answer end-user calls using a provided script Complete simple troubleshooting steps for user inquiries Escalate more complex issues to internal staff for resolution Utilize personal equipment, preferably Windows, to access Citrix Provide support during a spike in call volume related to migration

Qualifications

Must be available for flexible shifts, including day and night Ability to use own equipment, preferably Windows Experience with handling IT support calls is preferred Basic troubleshooting skills required Must be able to access and navigate Citrix

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role Familiarity with Microsoft Government platform Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in a high-volume call environment
