A premier family office within the financial services space is seeking a discreet and highly capable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive professional and personal support to a senior executive. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the executive
Manage a complex, ever‑changing calendar, including business meetings, travel coordination, and personal appointments
Act as a primary point of contact between the executive, family members, office staff, and household personnel
Handle personal and household errands as needed
Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
Coordinate household staff schedules and oversee vendor relationships to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive or principal; family office, finance, or real estate experience strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technologically proficient, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
