As a
Founders Associate(m/f/d)
at Consultport (full-time), you\'ll work side-to-side with the founders and Chief of Staff on exciting and important management projects. You will gain insights into what it takes to build and scale a successful company internationally, covering aspects such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management. At the same time, you\'ll develop a broad and deep understanding of the consulting market. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a dormant multi-billion market and learn from successful entrepreneurs who have successfully scaled start-ups. Your Mission
Strategy Assignments : work on business-critical projects, evaluate their strategic importance, and help the business to grow their products and service portfolio. Project Management : oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. Operations Excellence : lead special projects to enable business and operational processes across departments and teams to scale. International Expansion : manage the critical aspects of our geographical expansion, and enable our operations, product, and international teams to function at their best. Founder(s) Ad-Hoc Support : support the founder(s) on time-critical projects, and experience what it takes to scale a company on a daily basis. Your Mindset

About to graduate or have recently graduated from a top university in Business, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field. Consistently ranked in the top 15% of your class based on grades. Previous experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, finance, or in startups). Strong Excel skills and basic programming knowledge are big pluses. Fluency in English is a must, German is very nice to have. Your Benefits
