Territory Manager – Foot & Ankle Johnson & Johnson MedTech invites an experienced sales leader to drive growth and market leadership in Foot & Ankle within the United States. The role functions as the primary strategic partner to the sales and marketing organizations, guiding execution of the commercial strategy and ensuring all financial targets are met.

Responsibilities

Assess market trends, data, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Develop and execute a strategic action plan in partnership with Regional Managers, Sales Consultants, and Distributors.

Provide clear direction and leadership to Sales Consultants and Distributors to achieve sales goals.

Lead and implement comprehensive Sales Education programs to ensure compliant training on product safety, effectiveness, and strategic selling skills.

Collaborate across R&D, Marketing, HCC, Legal, and Regulatory to align messaging and strategy.

Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders to support product adoption.

Act as a clinical liaison between surgeons and DePuy Synthes departments.

Support field challenges by providing problem resolution and support as needed.

Partner with Marketing and R&D on surgeon feedback, pricing and marketing strategies, and field messaging exchange.

Develop and communicate clear selling strategies for DPM/MD/DO surgeons in conjunction with Professional Education.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS); Master’s degree (MA/MS/MBA) highly preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of Foot & Ankle and/or orthopedic sales experience; managerial or leadership experience in overseeing a portfolio or people preferred.

Skills: Strong market intelligence, entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous work capability, and ability to influence team performance.

Additional: Valid Driver’s License; 90‑75% U.S. travel required; located within 90 minutes of an airport in the assigned region.

Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is $114,000 to $182,850, with an annual performance bonus tied to targeted results. Eligible employees may participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan, health, dental, vision, life, short‑term and long‑term disability insurance, and other benefit programs. Full-time employees receive vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year, sick time up to 40 hours per calendar year (56 hours in Washington), holiday pay up to 13 days, and floating holidays.
