University City Housing Company is seeking a candidate searching for a rewarding and long-term career in property management! We are looking for a full-time motivated

Marketing & Leasing Coordinator

to work in a hybrid environment of both marketing and leasing. If you are flexible, highly organized, great at building relationships and ready for a role where you focus on executing tasks – we are looking for you!

What You Will Be Doing This full-time role emphasizes excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the marketing department with a range of tasks and to lease apartments through product demonstration and follow-up. We offer thorough training programs to support on-going sales, service, and technical skills development. Prior experience in hospitality or retail Sales and/or Customer Service considered a plus!

Marketing & Leasing Coordinator Duties Include but are Not Limited to

Leasing activities and administration including scheduling appointments, conducting tours, preparing and organizing lease paperwork.

Communicate effectively with prospective and current tenants in person, over the phone, and by written correspondence (email, website, and social media).

Write engaging content for email blasts, blogs, and social media posts.

Create flyers as requested by site teams.

Assist with organization and execution of events and promotional activities.

Build partnerships with local businesses to provide value to residents.

Support other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Marketing & Leasing Coordinator Qualifications Required

College Degree

Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation

MS Outlook, Word, and Excel experience

Flexibility with hours and days worked; weekend availability required

Canva experience

Social Media platform - especially LinkedIn experience a plus!
