Position Overview We are seeking a
Commercial Relations Manager
to serve as the primary point of contact for our existing commercial clients. This role does
not
involve processing or handling closings directly; instead, it focuses on
client satisfaction, engagement, and education
throughout the lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is professional, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and experienced in commercial title or real estate environments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
relationship lead
for assigned commercial clients, including law firms, developers, lenders, and investors.
Ensure clients are fully informed on the title process, timelines, and status of their commercial closings.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to
resolve questions, manage expectations, and provide proactive updates .
Conduct post‑closing follow‑ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
Track client interactions and maintain CRM notes, metrics, and follow‑up plans.
Collaborate with leadership to identify ways to
enhance client retention and engagement strategies .
Represent the firm with professionalism and a service‑first mindset during all communications.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial title insurance, commercial real‑estate law, or a related client‑facing role.
Strong understanding of
commercial closing processes
in New York.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident and poised when dealing with
C‑suite clients, attorneys, and high‑stakes transactions .
Highly organized, tech‑savvy, and able to juggle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
CRM or client database experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a title firm, especially with a commercial‑only focus.
Knowledge of New York commercial real‑estate market.
Customer success or client services background in legal or real‑estate fields.
