Senior Associate, Product Marketing Strategist | Retail Bank
Capital One is seeking a Marketing Senior Associate to join our dynamic Integrated Strategy team. In this role, you will be a key member of our marketing efforts, assisting with the development of creative and messaging strategies for integrated campaigns. You will help execute compelling narratives, assist with the learning agenda, and help maintain our brand voice across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Assist with Creative Strategy: Gather business objectives and consumer insights into clear creative briefs shared with internal creative teams and external agency partners.
Support Messaging Strategy: Execute clear, customer‑centric messaging hierarchies and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Assist with the Learning Agenda: Track key questions and partner with analytics teams to gather campaign effectiveness results and insights.
Coordinate Campaign Integration: Work with cross‑functional teams—including Brand, Channel Leads, Product Strategy, and others—to support a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
Gather Insights: Build knowledge on customers, the competitive landscape, and market trends, using data and insights to support marketing recommendations and provide updates to the team.
Associate Should Bring:
Experience assisting with omni‑channel integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to translate data and customer insights into marketing updates and recommendations.
Experience contributing to insightful creative briefs and supporting the creative development process from concept to execution.
A collaborative spirit and experience managing tasks for multiple projects in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising.
At least 1 year of experience supporting marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing experience focusing on brand strategy or campaign development.
Marketing experience in financial services or another heavily regulated industry.
