****Responsibilities:**** * Assist with Creative Strategy: You'll help gather business objectives and consumer insights into clear creative briefs that are shared with our internal creative teams and external agency partners.* Support Messaging Strategy: You will help execute clear, compelling, and customer-centric messaging hierarchies and narratives that resonate with our target audiences.* Assist with the Learning Agenda: You'll support a test-and-learn mindset, helping to track key questions, and partnering with analytics teams to gather campaign effectiveness results and insights.* Coordinate Campaign Integration: You will work with cross-functional teams—including Brand, Channel Leads, Product Strategy, and others—to help support a cohesive and seamless customer experience.* Gather Insights: You'll build knowledge on our customers, the competitive landscape, and market trends, using data and insights to support marketing recommendations and provide updates to the team.* Experience assisting with omni-channel integrated marketing campaigns.* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner with team members and stakeholders.* Demonstrated ability to help translate data and customer insights into marketing updates and recommendations.* Experience contributing to insightful creative briefs and supporting the creative development process from concept to execution.* A collaborative spirit and experience managing tasks for multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.* Bachelor's Degree or military experience.* At least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising* At least 1 year of experience supporting marketing campaigns* 3+ years of marketing experience focusing on brand strategy or campaign development* Marketing experience in financial services or another heavily regulated industryCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
