Overview The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) reports to the Manager of Field Marketing and assists the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) in establishing RedBull as the leading brand in their region. The FMS serves as the representative of RedBull in their local market, aligning their efforts with global and national strategies and priorities in the most relevant manner.

Responsibilities

Gather local insights by building strong networks within specific communities and environments, including key local creators.

Contribute input to the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives that address local needs and characteristics across the four pillars of the marketing mix: Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications.

Leverage both On Premise and Off Premise channels.

Manage a local team of Student Marketeers and bring the RedBull brand to life on campus and within the wider market, targeting new entry-point consumers effectively.
