JOB MAIN PURPOSE
The Brand Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and driving the performance of the company’s plant protection product (PPP) portfolio for key fruit & plantation crops (e.g., durian, citrus, mango, coffee, … The role ensures a profitable, competitive, and market‑driven portfolio by integrating market insights, product strategy, marketing execution, and cross‑functional alignment with Sales, FSMD, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Portfolio Strategy & Management
Develop and execute short & long‑term portfolio strategies for fruit‑crop PPP (fungicides, insecticides, biologicals, herbicides, soil health products, crop enhancement).
Identify portfolio gaps and new opportunities based on market intelligence, farmer needs, and competitor analysis.
Lead product life‑cycle management: new product introduction, phase‑in/phase‑out, pricing strategy, performance tracking.
Coordinate trial/demo prioritization with FSMD and Field Agronomy Experts to generate strong local data packages.
2. Marketing & Brand Building
Own the brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging for assigned products.
Develop annual brand plans, including campaigns, digital content, promotional assets, and farmer engagement tools.
Ensure consistent, KSP branding across channels (field teams, dealers, influencers, digital).
Collaborate with Commercial Teams to deliver impactful launch events, product demos, and field days.
3. Business Performance
Manage annual sales targets, budget planning, and profitability for the portfolio.
Monitor market trends, cropping area shifts, pest/disease outbreaks, and competitor activities.
Provide monthly and quarterly performance reviews with actionable recommendations.
Partner with Sales to drive field execution and achieve market share growth.
4. Stakeholder & External Engagement
Engage with key growers, cooperatives, distributors, and government/extension agencies (PPPD, NAEC, DARD).
Represent the company in industry events, technical workshops, and fruit‑crop development programs.
Build partnerships for demonstration models, ICM/IPHM solutions, and sustainable farming initiatives.
YOUR KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
3–7 years of experience in crop protection, or agricultural marketing.
Strong understanding of major fruit crops and key pests/diseases.
Experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or technical marketing is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of PPP (fungicides/insecticides/soil health).
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical ability, and market insight.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple products and priorities.
Data‑driven mindset and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing tool
