Process and reconcile cash accounts, funding sources, and wire transactions with accuracy Monitor payment requests and validate transfers to support daily operations Track and reconcile aged advances and funding account wires Generate reports and provide variance analyses on treasury and lending data Document and refine business processes, procedures, and reporting standards What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 2-5 years of experience in treasury operations, funding, financial analysis, or business analysis Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a commitment to accuracy Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with finance operations or loan‑funding platforms Exceptional written and oral communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior exposure to finance operations, warehouse lending processes, or mortgage finance workflows Initiative to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Ability to influence and negotiate consensus from teams and management We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
