What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process and reconcile cash accounts, funding sources, and wire transactions with accuracy and urgency
Manage daily treasury operations, including monitoring payment requests and validating transfers
Track and reconcile aged advances and funding account wires, ensuring timely reporting
Generate and analyze reports related to treasury, lending, and business processes
Document and refine business processes and reporting standards to improve efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, funding, financial analysis, or business analysis
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a commitment to accuracy
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with finance operations or loan‑funding platforms
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior exposure to finance operations, warehouse lending processes, or mortgage finance workflows
Initiative to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively within teams
