Process and reconcile cash accounts, funding sources, and wire transactions with accuracy and urgency Track and reconcile aged advances, haircut transfers, and funding account wires Generate and review deficit and end-of-day reports to maintain funding accuracy Document and refine business processes, procedures, and reporting standards Work independently to set priorities and objectives while contributing to team goals What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, funding, financial analysis, or business analysis Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a commitment to accuracy Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with finance operations or loan-funding platforms Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior exposure to finance operations, warehouse lending processes, or mortgage finance workflows Initiative to identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Ability to influence and gain consensus from teams and management We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
