Process and reconcile cash accounts, funding sources, and wire transactions with precision Monitor payment requests and validate transfers to ensure smooth daily operations Track and reconcile aged advances and funding account wires Generate and analyze reports to maintain funding accuracy and provide insights Document and refine business processes and procedures to support operational efficiency Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 2–5 years of experience in treasury operations, funding, financial analysis, or business analysis Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with a commitment to accuracy Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with finance operations or loan‑funding platforms Exceptional written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications:
Prior exposure to finance operations, warehouse lending processes, or mortgage finance workflows Data management skills with the ability to manage recurring and ad hoc reporting Initiative to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities Collaboration experience across departments in a fast‑paced environment Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with teams and management EEO and Privacy Statement:
