Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser you’ll work independently to showcase organization, time management, and foster retailer relationships. You’ll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally you may work with other products in the stores you service.

Salary and Schedule

Pay: $13.00–$13.50 per hour, based on skills and experience.

Annual pay increases are available for eligible employees.

Part‑time position with a variable schedule.

Average weekly hours: 10–15.

Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in various retail stores (grocery, drug, department, mass retailers).

Use a mobile device to record inventory, complete surveys, communicate with supervisors, and report time.

Engage professionally with store employees, management, and customers.

Support holiday demand by working additional days and extended hours around major holidays.

Participate in department resets, fixture installations, and remodel assignments, often with two weeks’ notice.

Collaborate with the Hallmark merchandiser network to assist teammates when needed.

Physical Requirements

Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs routinely and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Work on the sales floor and back stockrooms, including kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and using step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.

English reading, writing, and comprehension.

Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs continuously and 50 lbs occasionally.

Operate a digital handheld device.

Reliable Wi‑Fi and internet access.

Dependable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
