Job Responsibilities
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Drive product acceptance through targeted education and strategic account management
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines in all activities
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in science or related field and minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
Ability to lead and work within cross‑functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must reside within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and sales platforms
Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
Strong project management and analytical skills
