What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in‑person and virtual communications
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
Collaborate with internal partners including managed care, marketing, and medical communications teams
Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's degree in science or related field
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with SalesForce automation platforms and business intelligence tools
Ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
Entrepreneurial attitude with a results‑oriented approach
