What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in‑person and virtual communications
Identify territory‑specific opportunities and address barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal partners including marketing, patient access, and medical science liaisons
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related fields
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with frequent travel required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with salesforce automation platforms and business intelligence tools
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams
Results‑oriented with a strong ethical foundation
