What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales track record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management dispositionAbility to lead and work within cross-functional teams
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
Master's degree in science or related field
Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
