Entry Level Customer Success Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK.
Job Description As a Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for providing high‑level customer support to approximately 30–50 automotive dealerships in a defined area. Acting as a consultant, you will provide excellent product support and ensure customers fully utilize purchased software. You will deliver both onsite and video‑conference support – roughly 80 % onsite and 20 % remote.
Qualifications
Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Self‑starter with strong time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years, and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
Capability to travel, including overnight stays, up to 50 % during the training period (approximately 6 months); thereafter, travel up to 30 % of the time.
