Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month). Uncoachable agents with a large ego. Who We ARE Looking For: Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month. Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation. Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom, with agents typically investing $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads to generate $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are seeking more agents to join our team.
