What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud contact center sales Strong analytical skills Proven experience in channel sales Technical expertise in Zendesk and Amazon Connect is advantageous Proven track record in achieving sales targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience selling at the C‑level Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast‑paced team Proven ability to proactively pursue new business opportunities Strong communicator with excellent writing, speaking, and listening skills
