What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting
Position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, and SaaS Safety Management Tools
Develop a prospecting call strategy to uncover new business opportunities
Work with a dedicated list of accounts, both active and non‑active, to drive new sales and revenue
Maintain a distraction‑free, private work environment while adhering to a structured work routine
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a phone‑based or B2B sales environment
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication skills, confident in presenting solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and a strong aptitude for learning new systems
Driven to seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience a high‑energy, fast‑paced sales environment
Familiarity with safety and compliance solutions
Ability to exceed monthly sales quotas in previous roles
Experience with CRM software or other sales tools
