Engage new and existing customers through cold calling and proactive prospecting Position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, and SaaS Safety Management Tools Develop prospecting strategies for dedicated account lists to uncover new business opportunities Utilize structured selling techniques to achieve high‑volume outbound calls and one‑call closes Maintain a distraction‑free, private work environment while utilizing provided computer equipment What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a phone‑based or B2B sales environment High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication skills, confident in presenting solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and an aptitude to learn new systems Hunter mentality with a drive to exceed monthly sales quotas How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach in a sales context Familiarity with safety and compliance solutions or related industries Previous success in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
