What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting
Position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, and SaaS Safety Management Tools
Develop a prospecting call strategy to uncover new business opportunities
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls, aiming for a one‑call close
Utilize MS Teams for video communication during meetings and internal interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a phone‑based or B2B sales environment
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and strong aptitude for learning new systems
Strong communication skills, confident in presenting solutions
Must maintain a distraction‑free, private work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a sales‑driven role with a focus on exceeding sales quotas
Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance solutions
Previous experience in customer service or account management
Knowledge of CRM software or sales tracking tools
