Responsibilities

Enter all new contacts into applicable CRM within 24 hours of any event. This must include a complete capture of information (company, role, contact information, introduction source, etc).
Follow-up on all new contacts using a standardized template.
Maintain a drip campaign to encourage engagement.
Coordinate meetings on behalf of senior advisors in person or over Zoom.
Protect relationships by responding promptly and professionally to all communications.
Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Track outreach and scheduling, always maintaining report-ready data.
Log all interactions, calls and sales progress in our CRM software.
Assist the team in building and refining workflows, processes and materials.
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Previous experience with Zoho, preferred.
Experience with self-directed case load.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
Experience with high-volume data entry and follow up management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
