Account Manager

Peak Parking is a fast-growing company looking to bring on a highly motivated individual to join our corporate operations team. Our company manages parking in Texas, California, Washington, Tennessee, Florida, Indiana and Georgia and we’re expanding into new markets. Our primary goal is to provide the highest level of service to our clients and customers, so we hold our employees to a high standard. We are a small team that thrives on positive energy and moves at a fast pace. We’re currently looking for an Account Manager who is versatile and can handle a range of tasks that may arise.

Responsibilities
Ensures billings and receivables are correctly processed in a timely manner.
Addresses and corrects any discrepancies in accounts or billings.
Serves as a liaison between clients and clerks to negotiate acceptable payment plans.
Refers overdue accounts to collections.
Provides or facilitates accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics such as cash forecasting, sales statistic information, and monthly net sales reports.
Assists manager with analysis of data and reports.
Responds to general inquiries from new and existing customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in all areas of accounting
Thorough understanding of policies and procedures used in accounts receivable and billing
2+ years of experience in accounting
Parking experience and Flash parking / PARIS knowledge is a huge plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
This job works heavily with accounting and accounting processes; the candidate must have relevant experience.
Nice to Have
Parking experience and Flash parking / PARIS knowledge is a huge plus
Our office is located in Downtown Austin. Dependable transportation and on-site work are required in the probationary period; hybrid work is considered after the first 90 days.
