High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent. Who We Are NOT Looking For: Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate. Agents who cannot afford their own leads to make sales. Agents who require hand-holding at every step. Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month). Uncoachable agents with a large ego. Who We ARE Looking For: Competent agents who communicate well and speak effectively. Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month. Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation. Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
