Bilingual Direct Sales Agent Specialist (2949) - Direct Auto

We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused professional to drive new business sales and build long‑term relationships within the Direct Auto Insurance network.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Direct Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance products to walk‑in customers and through outbound calls and in‑person visits.
Generate new business and cross‑sell/retain existing customers to meet and exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain a book of business within the market/retail location.
Establish community relationships that support ongoing growth.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
Successfully close insurance and ancillary product sales.
Exceed sales goals through new product sales and cross‑sell/retention.
Leverage community contacts to build a sales pipeline and community presence.
Initiate outbound calling to an established target customer base.
Monitor key competitors and recommend initiatives to improve market position.
Work with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes.
Deliver optimal results within metrics: quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
Stay current on underwriting guidelines and company policies.
Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and verify cash drawer reports.
Minimum Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in insurance sales.
P&C licensing (preferred) or must obtain required licensure within 90 days of joining.
Compensation
Unlicensed Candidates : Base compensation of $17.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Licensed Candidates
(P&C or Auto license): Base compensation of $20.00 per hour based on active required license and minimum 6 months of P&C sales experience.
Incentive pay such as commissions and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
