Counter Sales associate , you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down engines (though that’s a plus), but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role is a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other career paths within our company.
What You Will Be Doing
Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
Using your parts knowledge to assist team members and customers
Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions
Bringing customer focus and energy to our fast-paced stores
Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive experience
Using technology, cash registers, telephones, and catalogs

Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and questions
Have automotive industry experience or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks
Are willing to learn about automotive parts
Seek growth and learning opportunities within a team
What You’ll Need
Valid Driver’s License
Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Good listening skills and empathy for customers
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership
Experience in cataloging or inventory management systems
Customer-centric attitude
ASE Certifications (not mandatory)
