Counter Sales , you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. You don’t need to be able to tear down engines (though that’s a plus), but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role offers opportunities whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other roles within the company. What You Will Be Doing
Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions Bringing energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive experience Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs This Is The Right Opportunity For You If You
Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and service questions Have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with cars/trucks Are willing to learn about automotive parts if you don’t have prior experience Want to grow your career in a supportive environment What You’ll Need
Valid Driver’s License Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus Excellent communication skills Enjoy fast-paced retail environments Good listening skills and empathy for customers Additional Preferred Qualifications
Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership Experience with cataloging or inventory management systems Customer-centric attitude ASE Certifications (a plus but not required) What’s In It For You
