Description Your Team ____________________________________________________________________________________________ This position will work inside the Sales Department and report to Sales Team Leads. Position Summary ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Your expertise will help our clients achieve uncompromising success by conducting business consultations and making recommendations that fit their needs. As a Corporate Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling consultations, and selling financial solutions to new business owners. These leads are WARM and come with unlimited earning potential. Key Responsibilities ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Conducting 6 to 8 one-hour sales consultations Promptly addressing client questions or concerns that may arise after their purchase Making outbound dials to potential clients and creating new appointments. Keeping lead & client status’ up to date inside Salesforce Include team lead for another positions Qualities ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude. Proactive with time-management Familiarity with effective sales strategies Excels at building relationships and closing deals Exhibits sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction Demonstrates flexibility in the face of change Projects a positive demeanor regardless of changes in working conditions Effectively translates objectives between active departments in customer fulfillment Displays proficiency using standard office equipment such as a computer, scanner, etc. Demonstrates advanced proficiency by quickly adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills Requirements ___________________________________________________________________________________________ 2-4 years of performance-based sales experience A history of being organized and methodical about managing your pipeline A tenacious, competitive mentality Experience With Salesforce Or Other CRM’s Bachelor’s degree preferred Seniority level
