Pre‑30 Day Collector – In‑office collection specialist at Westlake Financial Services in Las Vegas, NV. Entry‑level role with growth and promotion opportunities within 6 months.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers 1‑30 days past due using an auto dialer.
Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers stay on track.
Answer inbound customer service and collection inquiries.

Meet individual and team performance goals.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Strong communication, listening, and customer service mindset.
Good negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
Type at least 35 WPM.
Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office).
Reliable and punctual.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required.
1+ year customer service or call center experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base pay $15.00 per hour.
Monthly performance bonuses up to $1,500 plus additional incentives.
Potential total annual compensation up to $49,140.
