What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to customers 1–30 days past due using an auto dialer.
Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers stay on track.
Take inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions.
Use judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions.
Meet individual and team performance goals.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Strong listening skills and customer service mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced call center environment.
Must live within 30 mi of Las Vegas, NV – on‑site only.
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or higher level preferred.
Strong communication & problem‑solving skills.
Type at least 35 WPM.
Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office).
Reliable and punctual.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, not required.
1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
Location
In‑office role based in Las Vegas, NV.
