Account Associate – Entry‑Level Collections Representative (Pre‑30 Day)
Westlake Financial is seeking a motivated individual to join our Collections team in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves outbound calling to customers 1‑30 days past due, negotiating payment plans, handling inbound calls, and meeting performance goals. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using the auto dialer to customers 1‑30 days past due. Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers stay on track. Take inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions. Use judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions. Meet individual and team performance goals. Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines. Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or higher preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills. Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced call center environment. Type at least 35 WPM and have basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office). Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required. Minimum one year of customer service or call‑center experience preferred. Compensation
Hourly base pay $15 per hour, with monthly performance bonuses up to $1,500. Total yearly compensation potential $49,140. Benefits
