Overview
This position is for an Account Specialist who wants to join a team with a company that cares about its employees.
Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance of company Standards of Operation.
Manage rental accounts to ensure that payments are received on time.
Oversee the proper and timely delivery, relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise.
Handle rental (lease) agreements, merchandise, and provide preferred customer relations.
Expeditiously handle non-renewed accounts.
Convey information to customers and maintain a constant level of communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
Maintain accounts on the assigned route to non-renewed percentages at or below the company’s weekly close/open standard.
Responsible for delivery, retrieval, relocation, and service calls on rented (lease) merchandise.
Collect monies from delivery of merchandise and from collection home visits.
Provide security of monies while in the field.
Relocate merchandise if the customer moves from their residence without notifying the store.
Pull files and work on information for recovery and/or generating new information.
Maintain the assigned vehicle in proper working condition and appearance.
Maintain proper care and security of inventory during transport.
