The Retail Sales Supervisor is a full‑time role on a high‑performing team, responsible for ensuring professional customer service, maintaining a safe and organized store, and coaching associates. This position requires recent leadership experience and a passion for a retail career.
Compensation is $18.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time is up to 64 hours per year unless required by law. Operating hours are 6 am – 10 pm.

What You’ll Do
Ensure and model professional customer service
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
Cross‑train in all store operations (stocking/sales associate duties)
Lead, coach, and develop others
Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
Other duties as assigned
Requirements / Who You Are
Must be at least 18 years old.
Minimum 1 year experience in a retail leadership role.
Strong interpersonal communication skills (in person, email, phone).
Ability to intermittently lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift.
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely use a ladder.
Physical ability and willingness to become FHA forklift certified in accordance with IIPP.
Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policy is required.
