Educational Publishing and Book Distribution – Sales opportunity.
What to Expect
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs
Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
What is Required
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Experience with telecommuting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
