We’re looking for a driven, growth-oriented Partner Account Manager who loves to sell, build relationships, and expand markets. If you thrive on finding new business opportunities, developing strong partnerships, and driving success through collaboration—this is your chance to make a big impact.
As more and more businesses across North America adopt our barcode scanning solution for their warehouses, we’re expanding our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you’ll help existing partners succeed while actively recruiting and onboarding new resellers to strengthen Tasklet Factory’s presence in North America. You’ll represent one of the best WMS solutions for Microsoft Dynamics and work with a passionate global team focused on growth.
Your primary responsibilities
Sales & Growth: Drive sales performance and expand our partner network in North America.
Partner Management: Support, train, and empower Tasklet Mobile WMS resellers to succeed.
Business Development: Identify and recruit new partners, launch joint sales initiatives, and generate new leads.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships based on trust and shared success.
Service Excellence: Go the extra mile to ensure our partners and their customers achieve great results.
You’ll report to the Head of Sales, NA and join a highly experienced and motivated team based in Tampa. You’ll also collaborate closely with 50+ colleagues in Australia and Denmark and visit our HQ annually.
The ideal candidate
Love selling and discovering new business opportunities.
Have experience in sales—preferably indirect/channel sales.
Are motivated by growth and continuous learning.
Thrive in a proactive, goal-oriented environment.
Appreciate collaboration and open communication.
Bring a “can-do” attitude and make things happen.
Warehouse or ERP experience is a plus—not a requirement. We’ll teach you what you need to know about our software and how it transforms warehouse operations.
Work setup & travel
Primary workplace: Ideally in person at our Tampa office (Rocky Point Drive, FL).
Travel: ~30 days per year for conferences, partner events, and meetings.
HQ visit: Yearly trip to Denmark for collaboration and onboarding updates.
