Junior Sales Representative

In this position, our next Junior Sales Representative will handle the in-store marketing campaigns for our clients, focusing on face-to-face marketing, sales, and promotional events.
Responsibilities
Represent clients inside partnered retail stores, engaging directly with shoppers
Promote products and services by explaining features, benefits, and current offers
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a professional image
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring accurate product knowledge and messaging
Assist with setting up marketing displays and maintaining visual standards
Support in-store marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention
Track interactions and report feedback to management for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A goal-driven mindset with a student mentality and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexible availability for varying schedules
