What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and advocacy groups
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, patient access, and medical communications
Uphold ethical standards and compliance policies while representing the employer’s brand
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices in the functional discipline
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with residence in the assigned geographic territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
