
Account Manager – Interstate Logos
We need an Account Manager who values the intersection of marketing and sales and has an eye for capturing people’s attention. As a member of the Interstate Logos team at Lamar Advertising, you’ll promote and sell B2B interstate logo signs and Tourist‑Oriented Directional Signing (TODS) throughout Mississippi.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales and renewal targets across the assigned territory.
Use professional sales techniques to provide exceptional customer service and build long‑term relationships with participants.
Consult with businesses on logo and TODS design, ensuring visibility and brand integrity.
Traverse the territory, visit participants, inspect compliance, and verify annual renewals.
Enter accurate data into the asset management database and maintain participant files.
Monitor participant payments and collections, promptly addressing any concerns.
Develop product knowledge and continuously improve sales and customer‑service skills.
Travel overnight as required (monthly).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Valid driver’s license.
Experience in B2B sales and cold calling preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Persistence and intrinsic motivation to succeed amidst rejection.
Worked effectively under fluctuating workloads and tight timelines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to build rapport and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Annual base salary of $40,000 with first‑year earning potential $40,000‑$45,000.
Commission‑based compensation structure.
Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
