Account Manager, DMV Area PowerPak is growing and we have an additional sales position to fill in the DMV Area.

First year on target total compensation is $120,000 with no cap ($70,000 base). Compensation reflects experience and sales success, and includes target commission, base pay, and signing bonus.

Location:

Raw office in Hanover, MD. Must work in office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Sell commodities to established brands in a highly competitive market.

Develop and grow new and existing accounts with a consultative, value‑selling approach.

Conduct cold‑calling, reach decision makers, and handle objections.

Maintain accurate sales activity and accounts in the company CRM.

Track and meet key performance indicators, including pipeline, quota, and revenue.

Qualifications:

2+ years of proven B2B sales success selling commodities or similar products.

Experience selling industrial or construction supplies to construction companies is helpful.

Familiarity with NetSuite ERP is helpful but not required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑starter, organized, goal‑oriented, comfortable with new technology.

Experience in an inside‑sales role with a focus on growing existing accounts.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
