We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong background in personal lines insurance to contribute to a growing organization with a positive and collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in servicing personal lines accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to personal lines clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Handle account rounding and remarketing as needed.
Collaborate with the team to achieve new business production goals.
Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Potentially transition into a management role after one year, depending on performance and organizational needs.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of personal lines insurance experience.
Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
