Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established, family-owned insurance agency. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive servicing for personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, and other standard policies.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, utilizing a round-robin servicing approach.
Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
Utilize Agency Management software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience :
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Open to candidates with captive insurance experience.
Technical Skills :
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
