High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers
We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are ready to join a high-end insurance sales team. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who need urgent income and are desperate Agents who cannot afford their own leads Agents who require hand-holding at every step Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month) Uncoachable agents with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate entirely virtually via phone and Zoom, focusing on premium policies. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales. We do not support lead assist programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more talented agents.
