Sales Manager (Hybrid) - Full Time Location: Waukegan, IL, 60085 What you will be doing: Leading, developing and executing a sales strategy with independent sales representatives. Representing Danpal at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Collaborating with the Architectural community by providing product presentations. Managing a sales team. Problem-solving and analyzing sales strategies. Staying updated with the construction industry or building envelope products. Experience you will need: Proven sales experience and experience in managing a team. Knowledge of the construction industry or building envelope products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
