Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with 3PL sales experience to join our team. This role requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in freight brokerage and a proven track record of managing and growing a book of business. The ideal candidate will bring over an established book of business and be responsible for leveraging their network, building on existing relationships, and managing the end-to-end logistics process for their clients. Key Responsibilities: Bring over and expand an established book of business by networking, researching, and prospecting for new opportunities within your existing book of business. Strengthen relationships with current clients by understanding their business, transportation needs, and product requirements. Operational Coordination & Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure seamless freight operations and timely deliveries. Monitor load progress and proactively resolve any in-transit issues (e.g., weather delays, traffic, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery while managing costs. Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, providing ongoing support to build long-term relationships. Business Development & Strategy: Continuously assess the evolving needs of your clients and look for opportunities to add value, whether through improved logistics processes, cost savings, or new services. Use your existing network and industry expertise to identify new business opportunities, both within your current client base and through new prospects. Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as required to ensure the success of your portfolio and department. What we Offer: 35% uncapped commission paid monthly In-house IT services including EDI integrations 24/7 Support with our NC based Night and Weekend Dispatch Department Administrative Departments including: Carrier setup and services Document Processing In-Transit Critical Response Team Marketing Department Claims Department Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in freight brokerage with the ability to bring your current book of business. Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business, with an established client base in logistics or freight brokerage. Customer Service Excellence:

Ability to quickly analyze complex situations, make decisions, and implement solutions that ensure client satisfaction and business success. Availability:

Willing and able to be on call as required to address urgent client needs or issues.
