The ideal candidates will have a strong background in precision machining, an eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts to exact specifications. Openings for both 1st and 2nd shifts! Your Challenge: Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Kitamura & Fadal) performing precision machining to tolerances within 0.001" Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain tolerances Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators) Maintain clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with programming and quality departments Your Expertise: 3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably Kitamura and/or Fadal Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and G-code Strong understanding of machining best practices and materials Familiarity with conversational controls and/or Fanuc preferred Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be a Sole US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance Compliance Statement This position may require exposure to export-controlled information and subject to additional security screening.
